If your plant arrives in poor condition or doesn’t stay healthy within the first 30 days, just reach out.

Send us a quick message with a photo (one close-up and one from a distance), and we’ll take a look and replace it at no cost if needed.

It’s completely normal for plants to show a little stress after shipping — maybe a few loose leaves or some soil shifting in the box.

But anything beyond that, I want to know about.

❄️ Cold Weather Shipping

When temperatures drop, we take extra steps to protect your plants during transit.

Some orders may include cold-weather packaging (like insulated wrapping and heat packs), and in extreme conditions, we may delay shipping briefly to ensure safe delivery.

If your plant arrives with cold damage, you’re still fully covered under our 30-Day Promise.

  • Each plant is eligible for a one-time replacement
  • Shipping and taxes for replacement orders are the customer’s responsibility

This promise is meant to support healthy plants under normal conditions. It doesn’t cover plants placed outside their recommended growing zones or damage caused by improper care, extreme weather, animals, or other external factors.
