Orders are processed quickly so your plants can begin their journey as soon as possible.
Shipping timelines may vary slightly depending on availability, location, and seasonal demand — but we always aim to get your order out promptly and in great condition.
🌿 Protecting Your Plants
Plants are living things, so timing matters.
If weather conditions aren’t ideal (especially extreme heat or cold), we may delay shipping briefly to ensure your plant arrives safely. If that happens, we’ll keep you updated.
❄️ Cold Weather Shipping
During colder months, we may include protective packaging like insulation or heat packs to help your plant travel safely.
In some cases, there may be a small added fee for this protection.
If your plant arrives with weather-related damage, you’re covered under our 30-Day Promise.
🌱 Delivery Notes
- Some minor soil movement or light stress during transit is normal
- Plants typically perk up after a few days in their new environment
- Please open your package promptly upon arrival
