Below is everything you need to know when ordering from Skyeblooms — simple, clear, and built around taking care of you and your plants.

🌱 Our 30-Day Promise

We stand behind every plant we send.

If your plant arrives in poor condition or doesn’t stay healthy within the first 30 days, reach out with a photo and we’ll review it with you. If needed, we’ll provide a one-time replacement.

  • Each plant is eligible for a one-time replacement
  • Replacement shipping and taxes are the customer’s responsibility
  • We do not offer refunds under this promise

This promise is designed to support plants under normal growing conditions. It does not cover damage caused by improper care, planting outside recommended conditions, extreme weather, animals, or other external factors.

🌿 Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly so your plants can get to you as soon as possible.

If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please reach out within a short window after placing it. Once your order has been processed for shipping, it can no longer be changed or canceled.

🌱 Shipping

We do our best to provide accurate shipping timelines, but timing may vary due to weather or other factors outside our control.

Because plants are living things, we may delay shipping if conditions aren’t safe. Protecting plant health always comes first.

❄️ Weather Protection

During colder months, additional packaging may be used to protect your plants during transit.

In extreme conditions, orders may be held briefly until it’s safe to ship. If that happens, we’ll keep you updated.

🌿 Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us right away with photos so we can make it right.

🌱 Returns

Because plants are living things, we do not accept returns.

If there’s an issue, our 30-Day Promise is in place to support you.

Plants are natural, living products — and each one is unique.

  • Size, fullness, and shape may vary
  • Younger plants may arrive smaller and grow over time
  • Some plants may arrive dormant depending on the season

This is all part of the natural growth process.

Growth rates and performance will vary depending on environment, care, and conditions.

We do our best to provide guidance, but results will differ based on how and where your plant is grown.

Images are meant to show what your plant can become over time.

Your plant may look different upon arrival — especially when young — but with proper care, it will grow and mature.
